Back to school hairstyle: Bella twists

Friday, June 19, 2015

Hey girl!

It's another day. I am always excited in learning and sharing more hairstyle ideas with you, especially those that are easy to learn and to do. We are still into back to school hairstyle tutorial series and what we will do today is Bella twists. I originally named it as twisted half up half down but I've changed my mind and think of a better name to justify it. Anyways, back to the hairstyle, it can be done from short to long hair and is applicable for any school gal. What is good about this hairstyle is, it keeps your hair away from your face at the same time keeping your hair tidy and flowing beautifully at the back of your hair. So, let's start doing it.

How to do the Bella twists:

Step 1. Start at the frontal part of your hair on one side (right). Get a strand and divide it into two. *numbered 1 and 2)
Step 2. Then, switch the two strands together. Strand no. 1 over strand no.2 (see photo above)
Step 3. Now, get another strand. *numbered 3*
Step 4. Combined the strand no. 3 to the strand next to it (strand no. 2).
Step 5. Repeat steps 2-4 until you reach the back of your ear. After that, just twist the two strands together. Pin in for a now.
Step 6. Do the same on the other side of your hair.
Step 7. Combine the two twisted sides together with elastic.

That's it! It is simply beautiful. I know you can do it with your hair too. Give it a try and let me see your creation.

Back to school tip: Don't let someone stop you from doing what you love. You can do it, girl!

Let's talk again on my next blog.
Yes, YOU lovely gorgeous.

Love yourself because you are beautiful.
